(\u015eirket) ile payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z ki\u015fisel verilerinizin korunmas\u0131 ve i\u015flenmesi 6698 say\u0131l\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecektir. S\u00f6zle\u015fme kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen faaliyetler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ki\u015fisel verileriniz a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131zan\u0131z ile i\u015f bu izin formunda belirtildi\u011fi ve \u015fekilde i\u015flenecektir. Konu hakk\u0131nda i\u015f bu yaz\u0131l\u0131 beyanla ve ayr\u0131ca s\u00f6zl\u00fc bilgilendirme yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/><br \/>2.K\u0130\u015e\u0130SEL VER\u0130LER\u0130N TOPLANMASI: \u0130lgili mevzuat h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine uygun olarak; Sizlerin beyanlar\u0131n\u0131za istinaden veya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z, tedarik\u00e7i ve SGK gibi kamu t\u00fczel ki\u015fileri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla; sat\u0131\u015f ve sat\u0131\u015f sonras\u0131 servis s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin kurulmas\u0131 ve ifas\u0131 amac\u0131yla toplanan kimlik ve ehliyet belgelerinde yer alan \u00f6zel nitelikli ki\u015fisel veriler (din ve kan grubu bilgileri gibi) s\u00f6zl\u00fc, yaz\u0131l\u0131 veya elektronik ortamlarda toplanabilir.<br \/><br \/>3.K\u0130\u015e\u0130SEL VER\u0130LER\u0130N\u0130Z HANG\u0130 S\u00dcRE\u00c7TE VE HANG\u0130 AMA\u00c7LA \u0130\u015eLENEB\u0130L\u0130R?<br \/><br \/>\u0130\u015f ve i\u00e7 denetim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin y\u00f6netimi, \u00e7ek\/senet takip ve istihbarat\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u00f6demelerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi, bankalara gerekli \u00f6demelerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131, alacak ve faturalar\u0131n takip edilmesi ve devirlerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131, muhasebe kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve teyitlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131, m\u00fc\u015fteri portf\u00f6y\u00fc olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, m\u00fc\u015fteri talep ve \u015fik\u00e2yetlerinin de\u011ferlendirilmesi, hukuki i\u015f ve i\u015flemlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ve takibi, yetkili kurum ve kurulu\u015flara ilgili mevzuattan do\u011fan y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklere istinaden bilgi verilmesi (yarg\u0131lama konusu, milli g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ilgilendiren hususlar veya bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar gibi, i\u015f ili\u015fkilerimizin ve insan kaynaklar\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclebilmesi, risk y\u00f6netimi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin y\u00f6netilmesi, \u00fcr\u00fcn teknik hizmet takibi ve taleplerinizin de\u011ferlendirilmesi, i\u015fleme dayanak olacak t\u00fcm kay\u0131t ve belgelerin d\u00fczenlenmesi, \u015fik\u00e2yetlerinizin de\u011ferlendirilmesi, ilgili mevzuat gere\u011fi idari makamlarca \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen bilgilerin saklanmas\u0131, raporlanmas\u0131 ve bilgilendirme gibi y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerin yerine getirilmesi ve sigortac\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetlerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131yla i\u015flenmektedir. Sat\u0131\u015f ve servis sonras\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7te; s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin kurulmas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde taraf\u0131n\u0131zdan al\u0131nan ki\u015fisel verileriniz sat\u0131\u015f ve sat\u0131\u015f sonras\u0131 servis ba\u015fvurunuzun olumsuz sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131 halinde dahi i\u015flenebilecektir.<br \/><br \/>4.HAKLARINIZ NELERD\u0130R?<br \/><br \/>KVK Kanunu\u2019nun 11. Maddesi, y\u00f6netmelik ve kurum kararlar\u0131 uyar\u0131nca; ki\u015fisel veri sahibi olarak Ear Teknik \u0130\u015fitme Cihazlar\u0131 A.\u015e.\u2019ye ba\u015fvurmak suretiyle talep haklar\u0131n\u0131z: Ki\u015fisel verilerinizin i\u015flenip i\u015flenmedi\u011fini \u00f6\u011frenme, i\u015flenmi\u015fse buna ili\u015fkin bilgi talep etme, i\u015flenme amac\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n amac\u0131na uygun kullan\u0131l\u0131p kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme, yurt i\u00e7inde veya yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015fileri \u00f6\u011frenme, eksik veya yanl\u0131\u015f i\u015flenmi\u015f olmas\u0131 halinde bunlar\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yap\u0131lan i\u015flemin ki\u015fisel verilerinizin aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filere bildirilmesini isteme, i\u015flenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkmas\u0131 halinde bunlar\u0131n silinmesini, yok edilmesini veya anonim hale getirilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yap\u0131lan i\u015flemin ki\u015fisel verilerinizin aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filere bildirilmesini isteme, i\u015flenen verilerinizin m\u00fcnhas\u0131ran otomatik sistemler vas\u0131tas\u0131yla analiz edilmesi suretiyle veri sahibinin aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na itiraz etme, kanuna ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak i\u015flenmesi sebebiyle zarara u\u011framan\u0131z halinde zarar\u0131n giderilmesini talep etme. Talepler 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde neticelendirilir ve masraf gerektirirse bunu kar\u015f\u0131laman\u0131z istenebilir. Taleplerin olumlu veya olumsuz de\u011ferlendirilmesi hakk\u0131nda \u015firketin taktir yetkisi mevcuttur.<br \/><br \/>5.KVK Kanunu\u2019nun 13.maddesi ve ilgili mevzuat gere\u011fince, bu haklar\u0131n\u0131za ili\u015fkin taleplerinizi Ear Teknik \u0130\u015fitme Cihazlar\u0131 A.\u015e\u2019ye yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak veya KVK Kurulu\u2019nun belirleyece\u011fi di\u011fer y\u00f6ntemlerle iletebilirsiniz.
